Where are you located?
We are located at 13200 Madison Ave. Lakewood, OH 44107, on the corner of Madison and Clarence, directly across from Madison Park and next to the One Stop Gas Station.
What is your camera policy?
No Flash Photography.
No Audio Recording of any kind.

No Detachable Lens Cameras without prior approval.
What is your bag/backpack/purse policy?
Purses are OK but will be subject to search. No backpacks or tote bags unless they are clear. Our number one goal is to make sure everyone is safe and has a good time. To help ensure that happens, we encourage you to travel light.
Do you have food?
Yes, we have a full kitchen operated by Parky’s Pop-ups. Check the food and beverage section of our website for the menu.
Are there any hotels in the nearby area?
Lakewood does not really have hotels, but there are many airbnb’s nearby on and off Madison.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
We do not issue refunds or offer ticket exchanges. All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds for unused tickets or for guests who are denied entry due to invalid ID. Event time and lineup are subject to change. In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided via the point of purchase used. Resale of any ticket at a price greater than the original ticket price is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke or reclaim possession of any tickets from the buyer who violates such restrictions
Can I get tickets to a sold out show?
If a show is sold out online, there are no further tickets available. The best place to learn if and when we’re releasing additional tickets is via our Twitter and Instagram. We also send out a monthly newsletter with show info.
Do you have parking?
We do not have dedicated parking on site for patrons, however, there is ample street parking in the surrounding area. Madison Park lot is also available if street parking is full. Please be aware of parking signage and permitted areas, and be mindful of our neighbors when entering and exiting the venue.
Are there seats?
Our main bar area offers seating for guests dining in or drinking. Our event space is standing room only; however, we are happy to make accommodations for guests with limited mobility or other impairments. If you are attending an upcoming event and would like to request seating please email us.
